Quick Update
Heeeeey~! I'm not dead or anything. I need to remind myself to update this every now and then. Things are going well, got a part-time job and still searching for a full time one more related to art. So here, have some arts to view in the meantime:
My birthday was this past Halloween so I decided to make a TF2 themed comic. Behold my weird humor C:

Phillustration and Wizard World
Hey~!
This past week certainly been busy. I forgot to mention in my past update that one of my pieces won honorable mention in the Phillustration show under the student category, which is still being shown at the Philadelphia Sketch Club until June 27th. Be sure to check it out and enjoy a lot of great artwork.
In other news, I attended this year's Wizard World comic convention in Philly. I went around with my portfolio and received a lot of great advice, as well as met with a lot of current illustrators in the comic field. They were all really nice and I appreciated their help immensely. It definitely gave me new insight on how to approach my work and what to improve upon.
In the near future, I plan on updating more frequently as well as using my blog to post current work.
Right now I'm still a bit fatigued from yesterday's day at Dorney Park (me and a couple of my friends spent basically the entire day there) so I think I'll draw a bit then rest.
Take care

Graduation and stuff
Well it's almost been a week since I graduated from Moore (magna cum laude, yay~!)
Trying to clean up my room/studio and get back into the groove of making new stuff. I definitely plan on entering a piece or two into the Phillustration show held by the Philadelphia Sketch Club so I'm looking forward to that.
Not much else to say. Oh, and I'm definitely going to be attending the Wizard World comic con in June, not sure what day(s) though. Maybe I'll shoot for all 3 this year
I'll be sure to post stuff when I get a chance.

Interview
Recently I was contacted by Whohub, an online directory of interviews of other artists and those with creative flair. I thought I'd post this for you guys to see if you're interested.
Interview
Also, all my critiques are done at school. I'm just waiting to see my final grades. If all goes as well as I think I'll be graduating Magna Cum Laude.
In other news, I'm still working as a colorist for Arcana's Koni Waves. I also plan on going to the Wizard World comic con in Philly this year (June 19-21st) so expect to see me at the Arcana table as well as browsing through the aisles.
I'm also working on an illustration I hope to enter into the Phillustration show the Philadelphia Sketch Club is holding. I'll post sketches later on and keep you up to date.

Hello
Hello~!
My name is Samantha and I am an emerging Illustrator located in the Philadelphia area.
I've decided to start this blog for the purpose of keeping everyone up to date on what I am currently doing. Recently I had my work up for my Senior Show at Moore College of Art & Design, which will remain up until May 16th. I encourage you all to stop on by if you can to view all of the work provided by the seniors.
As of now, I am a colorist for Arcana's Koni Waves comic. Issues 3 and 4 to be precise, which will soon be available to purchase.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you come back to see how I'm doing. Feel free to leave comments if you have any questions, concerns, or just general chit-chat. I'll be posting some work later on but in the meantime, please visit my website:
Thanks,
Sam
